Journey through motherhood week 6:

F E A R !

Motherhood is known to unearth fears we didn’t know existed. It can create a wave of challenges to connect and stay intimate with our partner, as well as a list of fears as you begin your journey to support this new life. We do not want to hold on to them. We do not want to cause harm to ourselves, our loved ones or our babies by holding on to them. It’s time to let go. So this week we focused on journaling our deepest fears when it comes to being a parent. and then we set them free, away from us, away from our babies, away from others.
