We will only be open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Chely’s Kitchen will be closed on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. We deeply appreciate your continued support and understanding as we adjust to this new routine. Come visit us on our open days to enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals!

🗓️ Monday / LunesEnglish: Pambazo – A traditional Mexican sandwich where the bread is dipped in a rich red guajillo pepper sauce, grilled, and stuffed with chorizo, potatoes, lettuce, and crumbled Queso Fresco.

Español: Pambazo – Un sándwich tradicional mexicano con pan de chile guajillo, relleno de chorizo con papas, lechuga y Queso Fresco desmoronado.

🗓️ Wednesday / Miércoles English: Enchiladas – Soft corn tortillas rolled with your choice of filling, smothered in a rich chili sauce, and baked with a thick layer of Queso Fresco.
