From its 1884 origins as the Mount Beulah Hotel to this stunning restoration, it’s a beautiful example of preserving the soul and heritage of Western North Carolina.

But the progress doesn't stop at historic preservation. We’re also keeping a close eye on the future with the announcement of the new $55M Renew NC grant program! 🏗️ This investment in our local infrastructure: from roads to water systems: is a game-changer for our mountain communities and property values alike.
