24 years ago we started our restaurant in Henderson, NV after a successful 20 year run in Calabasas.
We opened a week after I graduated high school, my brother Michael was going to UNLV hospitality college, Dan was working and figuring stuff out.
When we opened Henderson had 115k resident now that number has tripled. My father Gaetano and mom Rory were visionaries when it came to design of the restaurant, location, culinary and hospitality.
To this day we stay true to our ethos of good quality consistent food and exceptional service. Since taking over the restaurant 5 years ago Sarah and I have re-invested a lot of resources to elevate the dining experience even more.
We are proud to call Gaetano’s our home for many patrons and also a local institution as well that keeps traditions alive.
