If you’re 100% gray and feeling washed out… you’re not imagining it.
A lot of women go fully white and suddenly their skin tone looks flatter, their hair lacks movement, and everything just feels a little… dull. That’s exactly where she was.
She didn’t want to go darker.
She didn’t want high maintenance.
She just wanted her gray to look softer, more natural, and more flattering.
So we added delicate lowlights to create a dimensional pewter tone. Nothing harsh. Nothing heavy. Just enough depth to bring her gray back to life and complement her skin tone.
Now her hair has movement. It doesn’t wash her out. And because we stayed within the gray family, it won’t fade warm — it just grows out softly and naturally.
If you’re fully gray but wishing it had more dimension… you don’t have to choose between “too white” or “too dark.” There’s a beautiful in-between that looks effortless and modern.
