The New American Remodel 2019 showcased innovation and design in the housing industry, highlighting advancements in technology and energy efficiency. Inspired by the neighborhood, the design was consistent throughout to pay homage to the old-school Vegas rural area.

This state of the art and luxurious design showcased top of the line products and introduced them into the market, creating a model home of inspiration for years to come.

To create this Spanish Trail home, two sites were combined to build the 8,120 square foot residence. With its energy-efficient design and construction, this home was awarded a LEED Silver certification and was ’s third LEED certified residential project.
