Anyone else tired of the excuse?

Friends you are not alone! I’m currently 215.6 pounds. That excuse is over and I’m not carrying it into and waiting for

For the next 75 days I will be accountable to
•2 workouts a day at 45 minutes each
•No alcohol (I never drink, ever)
•Drink 1 gallon of water a day
•Read 10 pages a day
•Follow a diet (for me I’m tracking Macros in the App, see link in my Bio)

My goal is to be conscious about what I do, and lose 5-15 pounds so when I set my World Records in the Spring I’m in peak cycling shape and weight to do that.

Who’s with me to finish this year right and start 2022 already winning?!

Mark Weidhase currently 6 hours into 24 hour World Record. When asked to see his war face, the second photo was his response. Needless to say he’s feeling fine.

During uncertain times we have risen above and have been able to provide peace of mind, great service, education, and proper coverage to so many this month.

The raffle is still going strong with two new members of the Stryke Team joining the fun. Several folks are close just a referral or two away from being entered in the VGK tickets or custom jerseys. Pending current season restrictions a creative solution to suit your current needs can also be met.
