“The grant from Boost Nevada significantly enhanced the B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation's efforts to combat human trafficking among teens in Las Vegas. This funding enabled the organization to provide over 1,000 adolescents with crucial anti-trafficking and predator awareness education, as well as essential hygiene supplies. Given that Las Vegas ranks first in the nation per capita for trafficking of minors, with the median age of an exploited child being just 12 years old, this initiative is vital in safeguarding vulnerable youth and empowering them with knowledge and resources to protect themselves.​“”
