I once had a manager who thought she knew my worth.

For a brief moment, I believed her.

But over time, I realized her perspective was incomplete, limiting, and simply wrong. She didn’t define my value—she only shared her opinion.

I’m so grateful I stopped believing someone else’s assessment of me and started believing what I knew to be true.

✅Know the value you bring.

✅Write it down.

✅Walk in it.

✅And whatever you do…Don’t keep it to yourself.
