🚨 Deck PSA: New deck boards won’t fix rotten framing. Comedy style! 😂

Our customer thought they only needed a few boards replaced. During our inspection, Kevin found severely deteriorating joists… and someone had used stacked wood blocks to support one of the deck boards. 😳

It might have looked okay from the top, but underneath was a completely different story.

This is exactly why we inspect the structure before recommending repairs. Replacing deck boards without checking the framing is like putting a fresh coat of paint on a house with a cracked foundation.
