Then don't f***ing call it a WINDOW seat!!!! Delta Air Lines and United . If it's not a window seat, then you CANNOT call it a WINDOW seat! Ever heard of a definition?!?!
And let's get one thing clear: I'm not saying airlines can't charge an extra fee for "wall seats." I'm saying they can't call them window seats. That's not how words f***ing work!!!
11/18/25: Case was filed in California in August 2025. Airlines filed motion to dismiss in November 2025. Motion to dismiss is under consideration. Trial date is set for June 2027. Yes, you read that correctly. The trial will not occur for another 1.5yrs!
