This class will focus on lighting the spark 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃 ✨ tapping into your hearts desires, and moving your body and energy to align with your authentic self.

This will be a moderate level yoga flow, but is open and accessible to all levels of yogi! Class will be warm (~75 degrees F), and we will end class with a glass or wine or tea.

The cost for class is $25

Join Starlight Yoga for a weekly yoga class!

Each Wednesday at noon we will host a 45 minute vinyasa style class, with the intention of moving your body 🤸‍♀️, tapping into the breath 🌬 so that you can recharge for the rest of your day, and the rest of the week! 🌱✨🌈
