Catered for a baby shower, this is how they roll, Kalbi short ribs, Teri Chicken, lomi Salmon, rice and mac malad. I don't hold back on ingredients Tamari, blue agave healthy and tasty.

Did a catering for a private event for 1500 people. It was quite a feat, sending heart warming Mahalos to my ohanas Nicey, George, Trav, Keawe, Ikua, Chase, Siousi and the employees of Bay Club. Couldn't have done it without them. Humbled and blessed.
