Don't worry! These workouts are simply conditioning exercises - nothing you can't handle!

How's it going everybody, my name is Lcpl Bohol, and I am stationed at RSS oakland with the United States Marine Corps. Many individuals who are interested in finding out more about joining the military normally have a lot of questions, but they don't know who to get valid information from! That's why I'm here, to answer ALL your questions about anything regarding the USMC.

I am also offering fitness counseling - meaning if you have fitness goals you are trying to reach, I am the guy to talk to!

This page will be updated with information ranging from FAQ's, to fitness tips to help you with your Initial Strength Test (IST), Physical Fitness Test (PFT), as well as updates (and pictures) of the current poolees and poolee functions!
