We received two donations from current NICU families this past month wanting to give back to families in the NICU! One family in the NICU at Sacred Heart is with their first child donated items they found very touching during their stay. Sending so much love to the Blair family as they navigate this season 🤍 The second was from a family with their twins at Kootenai Health who were recently discharged to go home donating golf sessions to .golf.grid for other NICU families. Sending a big congratulations to the NICU grads and family. 💕

We also received a donation made in loving memory of Haven 🩷🐻

We did a large bulk order for our Serve with Liberty Volunteers this month in hopes to prep for most of the year so monitory donations are greatly appreciated to help cover the costs. If you prefer to purchase physical items, our Amazon Wishlist is always being updated. Below are a few items we are currently running low on that have not been ordered for the year:

🖐️ Ink Pads – Used to help families create lasting handprint and footprint memories.

📖 Journals – Each month we stock approximately 17 blank journals and 10 prompted NICU journals.

🖊️ Pens – Giving parents a way to reflect, organize thoughts, and add personality to footprints and handprints.

☕ Gift Cards – We love tucking gift cards into swaddles or loveys as quiet surprises for families.
We currently stock Thomas Hammer (Sacred Heart), Jitterz (Kootenai) and NW Pizza (Kootenai). We are looking for additional gift cards to local restaurants, coffee shops, DoorDash, or Amazon are also incredibly helpful. You’re welcome to include a note to a NICU family, and we can place it inside a blanket for you.
