Habitat Capital supports Habitat for Humanity affiliates across the U.S. increase housing stock and offer affordable mortgages, and thanks to our new U.S. Property Acquisition Fund, we’re able to bring the reality of affordable homeownership to even more families. We project that this fund will increase affordable home production throughout the U.S. by ~1,000 homes by helping our affiliates gain access to the capital needed for land acquisition.
