SOLD. 2017 Cedar Creek Hathaway Model 36ck2. Located in Melrose Florida.This is a beautiful rear living room triple slide fifth wheel. It has a beautiful island kitchen and a huge pantry and plenty of Windows for the perfect view. The bathroom and the shower are very spacious and has a double vanity with two sinks. Once you make it to the bedroom you're going to find a beautiful king bed and a massive rear closet so storage is definitely not an issue. No damage and no water leaks, the roof was resealed last year.It also has a brand new awning and a new fire place. We also have a fifth wheel hitch if needed we can work that into the sale. I will say if you're going to travel the tires are older they are in great shape but if I was to travel I would definitely be looking at a new set and we can negotiate that at time of sale.
