Hawthorne Outreach Mission Efforts (HOME) is a Community Development Corporation (CDC) that was developed by a group of individuals who have deep roots vested into the Hawthorne FL area! We started this non-profit 501c3 organization to help build, uplift, and inspire our community by joining together with other groups who already show their love and commitment to the cause.
