Don’t compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 20

Everyone starts somewhere. The person you’re comparing yourself to was once a beginner too. They had setbacks, struggles, doubts, and days when they didn’t feel like showing up—but they kept going.

Your journey is uniquely yours. Focus on your own progress, celebrate your victories, and remember that lasting results take time. The only person you should compare yourself to is who you were yesterday.

Keep showing up, trust your journey, and know that every step forward matters. Your chapter 20 is being written one day at a time.

Becoming a Breathwork Facilitator was actually a lot of fun.

For me it started out with something I got into with my Qigong and Taichi practice and slowly became something else.

I absolutely loved the course and it gave me a solid foundation built on top of my Qigong to continue learning and growing in my breathwork practice.
