This special gathering will feature guest speaker Dr. Erin Farmer, widely known as Erin Lee DPT on social media. Erin is a licensed physical therapist, fitness coach, and dedicated women’s health advocate with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor health.
As a former Well Born Baby client, Erin brings both personal insight and professional expertise to the conversation, making this a truly valuable and inspiring session for anyone passionate about women’s health and wellness.

Happy birth to a Well Born Baby Boy born Monday!! He’s our first September baby to arrive…a little early of course, but all is well! Baby boy was persistently breech. Low fluid levels were the indicator it was time! All went smoothly and baby arrived through a belly birth. Mama did@great and dad got to enjoy some skin to skin. Baby was a fabulous nurser as well! Congratulations to this new family on welcoming their son and thanks to all the nurses and doctors for their support at Lankenau L&D

Happy birthday to a new Well Born Baby Boy born this Thursday morning!! Mama went in yesterday as her contractions picked up and had been coming since around midnight Wednesday. She stayed at 3cm after a couple hours and decided to get an epidural and some rest…she’s had little sleep beforehand and lots of labor work ahead. Unfortunately baby showed signs they weren’t tolerating labor well, and a cesarean birth was agreed upon this morning. Sometimes they don’t know why a baby doesn’t tolerate contractions and other times it’s very obvious. This little one definitely had some cord entanglement that was preventing them from coming down and causing compression with contractions. Both mama and baby did great though and he’s a wonderful nurser!! Congratulations to this new family on their first baby and thanks to all their nurses and doctors at Pennsylvania Hospital!

Happy Birthday to a new Well Born Baby Girl born Wednesday morning! Mama worked hard through prodromal labor contractions since Sunday. By Tuesday she had had enough! Her epidural helped her relax and rest and by Wednesday she was complete and ready to push. Baby girl was a little surprised at delivery but all was well! Congratulations to this family on welcoming their baby! Dad was a great help and super supportive throughout! Thanks to all the great nurses and doctors that helped in this special birthday party at HUP!
