Meet my dear friend, Leigh Berry, Owner of Emerald Heart Sanctuary.

I feel beyond blessed to co-create with her and to be sharing wellness offerings at her beautiful, new healing + living Space.

She iis a Harmonic Egg Guardian, Certified Herbalist, and Reiki/ Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Practitioner whose path bridges artistry and healing. A former actor, Leigh has long been fascinated by the depth of human emotion—how our patterns, intentions, and motivations shape our lives. Her growing curiosity about the mind-body connection and the restorative power of nature inspired her to pursue herbal medicine, earning her certification from the Herbal Wisdom Institute. As a Certified Herbalist, Leigh integrates the wisdom of plants with energy healing to support her clients on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Today, as a Harmonic Egg Guardian, Leigh is honored to work with the frequencies of light, color, and sound through this revolutionary resonance chamber. The Harmonic Egg allows her to hold sacred space for clients to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their innate ability to heal.
Through her unique combination of modalities, Leigh offers a compassionate and intuitive approach to wellness that honors both science and spirit. She believes that emotional wellness is the foundation for transformation, and she guides each client toward greater harmony, peace, and self-awareness.

 I’m honored to be sharing Yoga classes for guests at Wentworth by the Sea this week — holding space for rest, breath, and reconnection by the ocean.
