er's degree in Elementary Education and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Education Administration both from Salem State University. Allison is certified by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a general education teacher, special education teacher, special education administrator and supervisor/director. She is also Wilson certified. After teaching for eight years, Allison moved into the role of team chairperson and worked collaboratively with families and public schools across the North Shore to secure a free and appropriate education for students with various disabilities. Her expertise lies in her ability to understand what children require in order to be successful in school.
