MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: WILL — 50 CHECK-INS STRONG
When Will first walked into LIFT, he was one of the first guys to jump in and trust what we were building.
Since then, he’s done more than just show up.
He’s become part of the heartbeat of this place.
Will is a good dude with a big heart. He brings great energy, works hard, encourages the people around him, and somehow officially earned the title of LIFT BROchacho along the way.
And let’s talk about the work…
Since starting at LIFT, Will is down 15.4 pounds, has dropped 19 pounds of body fat, and has added over 2 pounds of skeletal muscle.
That’s not just weight loss.
That’s rebuilding.
That’s recomposition.
That’s showing up consistently, putting in the reps, learning how to move better, getting stronger, and running up that dumbbell rack like a boss.
The best part?
He’s just getting started.
50 check-ins is a milestone, but it’s also proof.

BRING A FRIEND FRIDAY AT LIFT 🔥
Have a friend who already trains at LIFT?
This Friday is your chance to jump in with them, try a simple coach-led workout, meet the community, and see what we’re all about.
Nothing intimidating. Nothing over the top. Just good training, good people, and a chance to experience the way we do strength training here at LIFT.
We do have limited space available in certain classes, so if you’ve been curious about joining or wondering what a class actually looks like before getting started, this is a great opportunity to come check it out.
Our goal with Bring a Friend Friday is simple:
Bring awareness to the LIFT program, show people what we’re building, and give our members a chance to share the experience with someone they care about.
We’re growing, evolving, and stepping into the next stage of LIFT — adult strength training, student athlete development, bigger classes, and a stronger community right here in Haughton.
