Our museums are starting points -- landmarks in every sense -- for deeper exploration and greater appreciation of the Connecticut experience. Our sites offer captivating houses, lovely historic gardens, history celebrations and remarkable collections of art and antiques. Our real-life stories, as told through our collections, make history matter.

We are thrilled to announce a new way to make your mark on history with our 2026 museum passport! Collect a stamp from each of our museums while visiting for a tour or public program between July 4 and October 31, 2026.

“Our new passport program will allow our visitors to track their progress as they make their way to each of CTL’s historic house museums that help tell 250 years of American stories,” said Shaelyn Amaio, Deputy Director. “We can’t wait to celebrate those who combine learning and fun to complete the passport this season!”
