💙 This article by our fearless leader, Stacy Charpentier, really hits home.
As recovery coaches, we care deeply about the people we serve. We celebrate their victories, sit with them through challenges, and sometimes carry more of their struggles than we realize. But one of the most important reminders in this piece is that recovery coaching cannot become our recovery pathway.
Our wellness can't depend on someone else's outcome. We need our own recovery, our own support systems, and our own lives outside of the work. 🌱
A thoughtful and honest reflection on boundaries, purpose, and what it takes to stay healthy while doing this incredibly meaningful work. 🤝
If you're a recovery coach, this one is worth the read. https://ccar.us/work-cannot-be-your-pathway/
