Dear Alumni,

Bulkeley High School has been newly renovated and is now open—giving the Bulldogs a beautiful new home to learn, grow, and be inspired! This milestone deserves to be celebrated: a renewed space where students can dream, connect, and solve problems together.

Below, you’ll find a short series of questions. Please respond to the ones that interest you most. This survey is being conducted by Julio Cesar Roman, Class of 1997, who also manages the school’s Facebook alumni page and additional class-specific alumni groups he created.

The information collected will be shared with school administrators to help create meaningful opportunities for alumni to reconnect with the school and engage with current students.

BULKELEY TOURS FOR ALUMNI

Longtime Bulkeley Swim Coach Jim Brophy’s wife passed away recently and her family requested that I post her obituary. She was also a teacher at Bulkeley and a huge supporter of our athletic programs especially swimming and diving. RIP Kathy Brophy

✨Scholar Spotlight: Help us show big love to Shannel Senior, who recently graduated from UConn with her degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. 🎓

Shannel plans to work as a lab technician before heading back to UConn for her PhD. 🙌

She credits the Scholarship as "one of the biggest blessings in her academic career," allowing her to graduate debt-free! 💚
