Since 1991 God really started revealing His heart for the Native American people to the Hutchcrafts and together, with their three children, they started On Eagles’ Wings. OEW is a movement of Native American young people that want to see Hope come to their reservations and communities through a relationship with Jesus Christ. (Hyperlink all of those terms in bold)

God has continued to move through this ministry and today the team at RHM consists of over 30 committed and passionate team members in Northwest Arkansas. This team collectively creates radio programs, produces world class short films, hosts youth conferences, plans outreach events, and disciple Native Americans across the country.
