Goodbye 2025… In August of this year, my husband Edgar had an ischemic stroke. This sudden tragedy rocked our world, immediately stopped our new business and sent us in to absolute survival mode as I have been home with our three children and he has fought to survive. He is still in a rehab hospital after several major medical setbacks but persistence and endurance remain our core strengths.
As we look forward to 2026, it is not at all as we had hoped or planned. But we have each other, we have life, we have love, we have community, kindness, generosity and we have lessons in the value of life and how to cherish it deeply. At some point I will return to a more public platform to talk all about it. But for now, we wish you all a joyous, healthy and safe new year. From my fighter-family to yours. Never give up❤️
