In the last few months I've spent countless hours working on organizing all of the specific habits and practices within the 6 Pillars of Health and Performance that have helped me and my clients get the best results to form a specific methodology and system that would virtually guarantee that any client I coach would sustainably achieve their best health, performance, and fitness.

This is now what I call The Power Health and Performance Method.

In order of importance, we rank The 6 Foundations of Health and Performance as:

1) Thinking
2) Breathing
3) Sleeping
4) Hydration
5) Nutrition
6) Movement

In the context of creating your best health and physical body, the first and most important component of thinking is maintaining focus on the fact that your health is your most valuable asset.

When you truly value your health on this level, you will naturally be driven to consistently execute the more strategic components of the thinking foundation:

1) Setting specific, measurable health goals.
2) Gaining true clarity on why your health goals are important to you.
3) Fully committing to your health goals.
4) Acquiring the best knowledge within foundations.
5) Executing on the best action plan within the 6 foundations.

Once you've executed these components, not only will you achieve the health and physical body you desire, you'll sustain it for life.
