In May 2014, two long-time friends (Artists/Entrepreneurs Lei Row and Cecilia Hazelton) put their minds and passions for art and music together to organize canvas painting parties with small groups and local restaurants in the Central PA and DC-Maryland-Virgina areas. Since then, the ladies came up with the official name of "PaintTown" and continue to work with various groups and local businesses
