This past weekend the DCTS Culinary Arts program got to participate in Alex’s Chili Cook-Off for a Cause. It was an honor to be a part of such a special event. The students did an amazing job serving our White Chicken Chili with Hominy, Avocado, and Pickled Jalapeño! Alex W. Smith Foundation

We could really use some Culinary and Hospitality professionals if anyone is willing to volunteer! This is such an important learning experience for our students.
