A most sincere congratulations this month to Nia Grigsby MA, LBS, BCBA! Nia began working at Expressive Pathways two years ago as a Behavioral Health Technician. Nia continued in the BHT role until August 2025 when she was promoted to Assistant Behavior Consultant. Nia worked hard to complete her degree and obtained her Behavior Specialist License shortly following graduation this past winter. Nia was then promoted to the Behavior Consultant position, where she remained until passing her board exam in April 2026. We are proud of Nia for accomplishing her goals and starting this next chapter of professional growth and development. Nia, we look forward to supporting you in your new BCBA role with Expressive Pathways!

Congratulations and happy work anniversary this month to Alyssa Steele, M.S., BCBA, LBS who is celebrating three awesome years of working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Expressive Pathways this month! Alyssa has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for close to 15 years. She has provided care in various roles such as TSS/BHT, crisis trainer, and BC. Alyssa obtained her BCBA certification in 2016 and she brings a wide range of clinical experiences and expertise to her work at EP. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, and kayaking. Alyssa, we are so grateful for your hard work over these past three years. We look forward to continuing to work together and see you continue to positively impact the lives of the clients in your care!
