Recently, the Cure the Clutter team had the opportunity to get together. Our dear friend Dani from Dani Brahm | Organizer and her wonderful family visiting our sweet state of Pennsylvania. Moments like these remind us that organizing is about so much more than spaces—it’s about relationships, trust, and the connections we build throughout the journey.

After nearly 18 years, my answer is simple: how to listen better.
Behind every cluttered space is a story. There are memories, life experiences, challenges, and moments that matter deeply to the people we work with.

Before leaving for vacation, leave your home in “welcome back” mode.
Coming home to a clean, calm space makes the transition back to reality so much easier.
A few things that make a big difference:
• Make the bed with fresh sheets
• Pick up and clean the kitchen
• Put away items left out in living areas
• Clean the bathroom
It may take a little extra effort before you leave, but your future self will thank you when you walk back through the door.
