You can't talk about Hickory Ridge Elementary without talking about Officer Norman-- whose smile, high fives and daily dad jokes lit up the HRES hallways and the faces of every student, staff member and parent that he came in contact with!

After a 27 year career, there aren't enough words to express our gratitude for keeping the HRES and the greater Cabarrus County community safe! While, we will miss Officer Norman, we couldn't think of a better person to FINALLY get to enjoy the fruits of his labor!
