Dear customers,

You may have noticed some new faces at the Keystone. In December, I decided to retire. The Keystone opened in 1957 (66 years ago) when my father left Greece in hope of living the American dream. My siblings and I grew up inside those very walls, working our way alongside our parents and eventually I took over when they retired in 2010.

Through the many years, we have enjoyed getting to know you all and it has been a pleasure being able to serve each and every one of you. We will never be able to explain the gratitude we have for the many, many years you all have supported our family business.

My own children and even grandchildren have worked at the Keystone. Harrisburg and its residents will always hold a very special place in our hearts! To each of you, thank you! Thank you to anyone who has ever worked for us. Thank you to our regulars who helped make our days brighter! Thank you for helping my parents achieve the American dream!

My granddaughter once asked me how many eggs I have cracked or how many pancakes I have flipped on the grille. I honestly don’t know, but I’m sure the number is huge! What I do know is that every cracked egg and every pancake flipped was done with gratitude because you chose to make the Keystone a part of your day and to some, a part of your life!

And while a new chapter has begun, the memories will last a lifetime! We wish the same success to the new owners, and hope you will continue to show them support as you have done for us all of these years.
