On. My. Honor. I can still recite the Scout Oath because even though I didn’t complete the program, it made a lasting impression on me. The lessons and impact our scouts have in the community are a large reason why I was once again proud to accept their annual report to the General Assembly in Harrisburg.

I was honored to host Scouting America Scouts from across the Commonwealth today to accept their annual report! Special shoutout to Max Wilkerson from our district, a senior at CCA who was part of the group.
It was wonderful to see so many scouts serving their communities gathering in Harrisburg!

Thanks to the Kenyan Community in Harrisburg for an amazing Madaraka Day celebration commemorating Kenya’s attainment of self-governance in 1963. It was amazing to taste the food and soak in the culture of Kenya right here in Dauphin County!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our One-Stop Drop event this weekend and made it such a success! 👏
In total, we collected 8,380 pounds of paper from about 300 vehicles. We also had 90 cars drop off electronics to be recycled or donations for Goodwill! ♻️
