Getting back to the mission.

When I was in high school, my life was about love, friendship, poetry, and giving back to my community. Anyone who knows me knows that’s always been who I am.

Even in 2020, I was still holding onto that vision moving with love and hope.

But in 2021, life took a turn. I lost my adopted mother, friendships shift and life was hitting a low point. I couldn’t afford anything… and I mean that. For a long time, I was just trying to survive.

Those Rasta Pasta Fridays turned into brownies.
Not just for fun—but because I needed to make money, and fast. Whether it was to pay a bill or just have a moment to breathe and enjoy life… because you still have to live, right?

Now it’s 2026.

Things are better than they were yesterday but I’ve been asking myself… when did I lose hope?

And I realized, finding my way back means becoming myself again.

Loving unapologetically.
Supporting what I truly care about.
Being a voice.

The world may be changing—but the mission hasn’t.

I’m a child of a mother who struggled with addiction…
but my story doesn’t end there. 💛
