*First you sauté your minced garlic and ginger for 30 secs in olive oil then add your chopped veggies ;Celery, carrots, onions, rainbow bell peppers, & zucchini . Season with an Italian herb mix , pink Himalayan salt , & black pepper .Then add in 64 oz of veggie stock and your chopped corn ;cover and pressure cook on high for 12 mins ! Veggies should be nice and tender grab your bowl & ladle that delicious soup 🥣 & garnish with scallions & celery leaves 🍃😋🤗🥄🥣
