Within the inner city zip code or voting region there must be a concentrated effort for all Liberians to live within one of the three financial class neighborhoods designated by their respective LCA’s. A financial class designation neighborhood will address the issue of Liberians earning varying incomes and at different stages in life. The group purchasing power of each L.C.A will serve to give Liberians discounts when moving into a designated LCA neighborhood. The concentrated effort of Liberians living in a specific zip code will give our Liberian community leaders more leverage in establishing community based grants for such projects as our proposed Liberian Community Centers. d. * Liberians living in a concentrated area would also provide a more sustainable environment for Liberian owned business. If we keep the money within the Liberian community at a greater whole, we here can serve to truly make effective change in our homeland of Liberia based on our individual and collective efforts to retain our financial viability here in the United States.
