Now available for check out: Beginner's Crochet Kit

Trying to get into crochet? Before you purchase all new supplies for your new hobby, try using our Beginner's Crochet Kit, now available to check out using your library card! This kit includes 12 crochet hooks of varying sizes, 9 sewing needles, a row counter, a yarn cutter ring, shears, a measuring tape, stitch markers, and book "Crochet for Beginners: A Stitch Dictionary" by Arica Presinal. Yarn is not included.

This kit is a part of Guthrie Memorial Library's NEW Library of Things—a collection of non-traditional library items that you can check out for one week with your library card. To check items out from the Library of Things, read and sign the Library of Things policy and waiver available at the Main Desk. Library of Things items are available to check out for one week at a time and may be renewed once. Patrons must be 18 years or older with a library card in good standing. Items cannot be put on hold and must be picked up at the Main Desk at Guthrie Memorial Library.
