Delta View Water Association advocates for water solutions that equitably benefit its members and thus preserve critical farmland. Membership in the Delta View Water Association allows us to represent you with the Greater Kaweah GSA and help protect your water. We also offer Associate Memberships.

Delta View Water Association has once again partnered with the Greater Kaweah GSA to offer a third round of Land Fallowing for WY 2026.
Each application must be submitted by mail, email, or in person at the Greater Kaweah GSA Office at 227 N. West St. Visalia, Ca 93291.
Deadline to Apply is September 30, 2025.
