This is Lotus, she is my service dog due to a medical condition that makes it hard for me to regulate my body temperature due to the inability to properly sweat on the left side of my body and due to serious nerve damage from a tumor as a teenager.

She is with me at each and every service appointment, therefore if you are requesting that she not be present you are required to be in the house within my visual range at all times which can be up to seven or eight hours.

If you would like to see her prescription of medical necessity and other documents please let me know when communicating.

I do inform each and every customer that she is with me, but if you are requesting medical documents I have no problem sharing that information.

She is with me at all service appointments, she also has proper paperwork from not only the city of hampton, but also from the hospital and other areas of the medical community if necessary I can show them to you.

If your request that I do not bring her, please make sure that you read up on the medical conditions that I would share with you and are prepared to respond the way that she does in case something happens which means you must be present at all times during the service which sometimes takes 5 to 7 hours.

For safety reasons GCS will not apply thick amounts of glossy tire shine or interior shine on leather or vinyl, modern vehicles were not designed to have that exaggerated shine to them and it actually can cause blind spots when driving as well as reflections. When excessive tire shine is applied to tires it can cause premature Browning which is fixable and also the extra gloss causes dirt and other debris to stick to the tires which can sling off until the paint.

If you want your vehicle to be extra shiny I would recommend going to another company because I will not change the appearance of your car to look extra shiny on the interior or tires which can impede the safety of the vehicle.

Thank you for understanding that although this is a business my customers vehicles and their safety are the most important thing to me.

We use premium ceramic spray wax, however if you use a touch car wash on a weekly basis you will take off any protection applied during your exterior detail service.

These products are designed to last from 3 to 6 months, and in some cases a year or more.

However with the excessive usage of a touch car Wash where it's whipping against your car, it will eventually remove the finish as well as scratch and swirl your vehicle.

There is no warranty on any vehicle exterior treatment that has been washed with any automatic touch car Wash.

It doesn't matter if it says touch free or not, if you wash your vehicle through a touch car Wash versus cleaning it at home the warranty for any exterior treatments is automatically void.
