California Assembly passes DUI bill requiring interlock devices for all offenders California Assembly passes bill mandating ignition interlock devices for all DUI offenders, including first-timers.

Don’t forget former Rappahannock Area ASAP Director Kevin Ortegel’s trial date is February 20, 2025.
He’s been indicted on two counts of felony embezzlement over $1000 using taxpayer funds from his ASAP in 2022 and 2023 while he was under VASAP purview.

VASAP was informed of a multitude of illegal and unethical acts committed by Ortegel in June 2021, yet refused to fire him.
