Always like seeing the technology of the past when inspecting old homes. This servant/butler call box, in a late 1800’s home, was still partially working.

An inspection is always important even when items have been recently “repaired”. This drain pipe has been repaired but the repair has water trying to go uphill so it will not drain properly.
