Installing a new output sleeve and PTO housing on this Seadoo Spark. It had built up corrosion on the sleeve and destroyed the seals causing a significant oil leak. A fairly common repair on this engine, especially in saltwater!

This 2024 Yamaha came to us after it died on the water. Exhaust hose clamp snapped in half. This caused the exhaust hose to blow off and fill the hull with exhaust fumes, choking the engine. Seems like a premature failure since the ski only has 38 hours!
