Hey all! Hope my Determined family has been doing great! Just curious of what everybody’s been up to? Going to the gym? Program? Diet? Don’t be scared to share! Note: Once the weather breaks there’s a good chance I’ll fire up a bootcamp outside for those interested! 💪🏼😬👍🏼 Get fit, stay fit!

I'll no longer be doing Determined 101, for awhile at least. I appreciate all the new people I've met and have supported the class over the last several years. We've had tons of fun and I've enjoyed seeing the hard work along with the changes people have made! For those interested, I'll still be doing personal training and will be working on pricing, etc. for producing personal programs for those who want structure for their trip to the gym. You're all awesome and remember, get fit, stay fit! 💪🏼😃👍🏼
