Hospice Face-to-Face Telehealth Ends September 30, 2025: Starting October 1, all face-to-face recertification encounters must be conducted in person. What you need to know:
• Scheduling challenges are expected
• Telehealth visits after Sept. 30 will not count
• Agencies risk losing reimbursement for entire benefit periods
