🚨Back Attack Day🚨
Yesterday, my daughter looked at me and said, “Mommy, you have a big belly. It’s because of all the food you eat.” Ok, Haley… 4 year olds these days…blunt with no shame 🤣

🤩WE ARE BACK!🤩.We are back in our element 🏋🏽🏋🏻‍♀️. Kevin designed us a workout plan and day 1 is DONE! We really did enjoy switching up our workouts and training for the half marathon and hyrox competitions, but it definitely feels good to be back to regular lifting!.We will have to throw in some triathlon training soon, but we have time. We will plan to start that in a week or two..Hyrox pics will be posted soon so stay tuned for that!!.
