Not all students are the same and some schools that work for others may not work for your child. We understand that many elements play a role in your child’s ability to learn and grow both academically and socially. Compass Academy understood that learning disabilities don’t just affect the student – they affect entire families. Interacting with parents regarding your child’s progress, behavior, social skills and routines allowed us to reach common goals. We incorporated numerous academic strategies into our curriculum and infused research-based social skills training throughout the day to build well-rounded students. We knew that technology is paramount in today’s educational tools and did incorporate computer-enhanced instruction. Building organizational skills rounded out our approach to assisting students with the tools they need to reach their goals. Compass Academy was committed to making sure that each child recognizes achievement, values accomplishments and treasures learning.
