Jesus stood up and spoke to people already in church, because outward activity has never been proof of inward life. He didn't say "try harder" or "get it together and come back later."

He said three words: Come to me. 💧

Grace always moves toward thirsty people. Jesus specializes in meeting people where and how they are — a woman at a well, fishermen who had failed at fishing, tax collectors everyone hated, doubters, broken people, exhausted people. ✝️

The invitation hasn't changed. Come and drink… and live. 🕊️
